About Us

CFSCNY is a philanthropic foundation serving Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Tioga counties. We assist donors who have charitable goals, make grants to non-profits, and convene communities around the pressing issues that are unique to each of the counties we represent. We have been granting in Otsego County since 2007 and have made over $27 million in grants to hundreds of non-profits, educational institutions and municipalities.
